There is no one else out there - 80percent of our behaviour is pure projection. Once we really get that, then self responsibility happens quickly. All relationships are intra not inter. The model for OD for me is to get this understood at a deep cellular level - this supports ease, and stops wasted energy. Don't become the drama, watch the drama and choose into it for one's own enjoyment not because of deep scripting and patterns which are unconcsious.j
