My degree is in Psychology. I worked for 3 corporates: GEC, Texas Instruments and Mercedes-Benz, and have been an independent trainer since 1992. I love providing experiential learning opportunities, as people learn best this way.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
Potential collaboration with our 'Learning Matters 2 Me' CIPD Special Interest Group.
Sharing ideas and experience with like-minded people.
Opportunities for work projects.
What do you do for your own development?
Attend CIPD/professional events and seminars.
Read L&D professional journals.
I also like co-facilitating, and learning from working partners.
