I have been a member of the writing group (thanks Bob!) for several years and prior to that even more years as AMED member. Some years back I wrote "Diary of a Change Agent", and more recently "From Hippos to Gazelles: how leaders create leaders", also contributed to the AMED journal O&P.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
Occasional face to face events with people who share the people development values.
What do you do for your own development?
Plenty of reflection and pushing the envelope!
