More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)
I provide bespoke leadership interventions and facilitation for senior personnel and organisations - bringing support, challenge and creativity in order to build trust in fast changing and challenging environments. Following initial training as an accountant in the public sector, I have spent much of my career enabling others, establishing a number of community based charities, working as a qualified trainer and executive coach, undertaking organisational development and leadership projects, mainly in the public sector. Current projects inc OD and systems leadership interventions for the NHS and Health Education England with the Leadership Centre . Previously Senior Fellow, Capacity Building at the Office for Public Management for 9 years. I bring extensive sector experience working across the whole system with complex stakeholder groups using executive coaching, accountancy and training qualifications.

professional reflective practice group member for 23 years/ Sadler Heath/ Leadership Centre 24 hour retreats/ voluntary work in community housing and charities/gather books on too many subjects
