Having created a potent tool for personal development & change, I am passionate about spreading its use and the mutual benefit it generates. With my colleagues I have just formed a Community Interest Company for this end.
I am active, optimistic, with a sense of humour, which is just as well!

What do you do for your own development?

I cycle, walk, dance, enjoy holidays and contacts with my sons & their families and have lots of friends.
I have personal therapy, do Pilates and use chiropractic when needed.
