MY PASSION: Turning DIFFICULT DISCUSSIONS into SAVVY CONVERSATIONS! Savvy Conversations are the key to our personal and business success!

I'm a consultant and coach with 20+ years leadership experience gained through more than 10 years in senior HR management roles, followed by 10+ years as an independent freelance consultant. I'm a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

I've a Post Graduate (Level 7) CIPD Diploma in Personnel Management and a Post Graduate (Level 7) ILM Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching.

I'm proud to be an active member of the CIPD with volunteer roles including Chair of Sussex Branch and Member of the Membership and Professional Development Committee. Previous volunteer roles include Vice Chair and Chair of CIPD South East Thames Branch and Board member/ Trustee of Community Options, a Mental Health and Wellbeing Charity.

Many things. Volunteer Branch Chair of CIPD Sussex, Member of Membership and Professional Development Committee of the CIPD Board, professional update sessions, coaching supervision, personal reading and writing, Action Learning, co-coaching groups..
