More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)
I am a portfolio worker and work as a niche player with several organisations and associations. I am a generalist rather than a specialist and tend to work across the leadership, management, programme management, strategic thinking disciplines seeking to make connections and help people recognise and adapt to the complex systems within which they frequently have to live and work.

My main current associations are with the Centre for Leadership Studies at Exeter, the Customised Executive Development unit within the Cranfield School of Management, The Protean Inquiry Network (focused on partnership working at community level, and Eurocareer (Executive coaching).
Previously I have had a varied career in airline management, strategic consulting, and audit and businesss services working across the UK and in many parts of the world.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
to maintain my awareness of the many strands of thinking and approach that are represented by other members and to gain further insight and insight from inspiration from ways of looking at the world and its people that are not my own.
What do you do for your own development?
I attend cpd events at Exeter and Cranfield, and am starting further training and research in Executive Coaching through the PDF at Middlesex University. I am also pursuing formal accreditation through the Association for Coaching and attend seminars and conferences when these interest me.
