Peter Young is an executive coach, consultant and management trainer with international experience across a wide variety of sectors.

Peter combines a rich understanding of practical business leadership with deep insight into the psychological dimensions of human development. He brings an expertise in helping clients to understand in depth and detail what makes them tick, and in enabling them to lead more effectively.

He has designed and delivered leadership development programmes for law firms, banks and corporates throughout Europe, the USA and Asia. In addition he works with individuals from accountancy, medicine, and the not-for-profit sector.
