Órla Cronin is a chartered research psychologist, and the director of Órla Cronin Research. After completing a PhD in Psychology (University of Southampton), she held a number of posts in academia, the voluntary sector and the private sector, including five years spent working as a consumer scientist with Unilever Research. A particular feature of her career has been the development of innovative social science research methodology in a variety of domains. She now uses her research and facilitation skills across the private, public and voluntary sector.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
An opportunity to network with like minded people. Was particularly attracted by the AMED writers group.
What do you do for your own development?
Take on projects which are stretching and involve learning something new; working with mentors; apprenticing myself to more experienced collaborators; reading; networking;
