More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)
I was a research chemist with ICI. I moved into organisation development with ICI in 1974.
I became a self-employed development consultant in 1982 and have extensive experience as a counsellor and coach. I work with individuals, teams, relationships between teams, and organisations in the private and public sector. I like helping senior people think about challenging issues about people and change.
There is more about my work and me on my website (www.nickheap.co.uk). This also has many free articles, designs, resources and ideas.
I am married with two grown-up children and two grandchildren and live in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, UK.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
To contribute, learn and hence help people and organisations grow.

Networking through Ecademy, co-counselling and coconsulting with other professionals. Reading and researching both books and on-line
