Hummelstown Pennsylvania USA
What are your top professional skills?
I provide HR expertise and facilitation skills to assist local governments in building HR systems from the ground up using engagement and process interventions to support change.
What kinds of management education and development services are you involved in?
Previously was adjunct in management program at Bloomsburg University. Currently write articles and present at conferences for local government groups.
What is your main interest in the AMED network?
education, networking, collaboration, personal development

Sole practitioner for over 20 years, in the field generally for over 25. INTJ. Love to travel, paint, love yoga. My secret desire is to get into graphic facilitation. I also love to interview people. Can I interview you?
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
I am interested in learning about ways others are thinking about future organizations and how we as professionals can support change. Professionally, I am interested in learning how to be more agile and adaptive to the shifting landscape.
What do you do for your own development?
I look for new challenges and often find them with existing clients that ask me to take on assignments that stretch my skills. I collaborate with other professionals on projects and constantly scan for new ideas and thoughts that probe the mind and offer deeper insights. I accept speaking and writing assignments that require me to clarify my ideas and knowledge.
