- What do you do for your own development?
- In my company we have a policy of always working in pairs so that we can receive detailed and high calibre coaching from each other all the time. This is very rigorous and challenging, and I love it! I also try to attend conferences, CPD and training events delivered through the British Psychological Society, in order to keep tabs on my profession.

Full copy issues are available for £10 for Full AMED Members and £15 for Non Members.
