Occupationals Psychologist and Small Business Co-Owner. I like to deliver projects that can be evaluated, seeking new and innovative ways to improve organisational culture so that people can work at their best more of the time.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
New ideas, connections, possibilities.
What do you do for your own development?
In my company we have a policy of always working in pairs so that we can receive detailed and high calibre coaching from each other all the time. This is very rigorous and challenging, and I love it! I also try to attend conferences, CPD and training events delivered through the British Psychological Society, in order to keep tabs on my profession.
