More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)

I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 22 years experience as a consultant, trainer and coach, 18 years of which I have run my own consultancy. My first book Master Your Inner Critic, Release Your Inner Wisdom was published in 2008. It is based on my own and my clients' experiences, and contains practical techniques and insights. I am based near Oxford, am a practising Buddhist, keen cyclist and cake maker!!!

What I’d like from the AMED network is…

I have been a member of AMED for about 20 years and I value the generosity of it's members in sharing their ideas, expertise and support.

What do you do for your own development?

I attend workshops, read, discuss ideas with colleagues, self reflect on my day to day learnings.
