More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)
I'm an experienced development professional having developed my skills in the rough environment of change management in the National Health Service. I now work for a large corporate energy company and rotate between London and Luanda where I'm the Learning & Devleopment Manager. My focus is to share my skills and knowledge with our national employees so that they can build on a strong foundation of learning and development when I move on. I also have my coaching business, Please see website link below.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
...to connect with like-minded people especialy those who are interested in really making a difference in the work-place and sharing good practice, rather than trying to sell their products and serivces to other professionals
What do you do for your own development?
I'm a big reader of articles and books. I love chatting about organisaitons and people development with others, sharing ideas and stories. I attend quite a few workshops throughout the year and am currently studying for a post graduate diploma in Human Givens Psychotherapy
