- Initial stages of career were in HR, punctuated by short stint delving into the logical world of systems analysis, before returning to the messy business of people. Latterly responsible for management development for international business services group.
Joined The Keil Centre, Chartered Psychologists, as a consultant in 1997 and became a Director in 1999. Responsible for the Assessment and Development services of the business.
