- My background is in IT consultancy and management - I went self-employed in 1999 and started Skillfair to help other consultants find clients - having discovered for myself how hard it is to market yourself. Having left management to be a one-man-band I now find myself running a fabulous team of remote workers and back dealing with challenges of leadership and communication.
