Focusing on something means not doing something else - don't kid yourself that you can focus on everything at once.
More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)
My background is in IT consultancy and management - I went self-employed in 1999 and started Skillfair to help other consultants find clients - having discovered for myself how hard it is to market yourself. Having left management to be a one-man-band I now find myself running a fabulous team of remote workers and back dealing with challenges of leadership and communication.
What I’d like from the amed network is…
To help anyone else in the self-employed/consultancy arena where I can and to pick up tips from others to help me in my own work.
What do you do for your own development?
read, network - but mostly listen
