French , Ingenieur,Managing director during 30 years in big French companies, I set up my company in 2005, to work only on the human side of the companies as a coach.

I was trained as a coach in Paris ( HEC and International Mosaic). I am coach certified in PCM ( Process communication Model) a very usefull model in managemen
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
To meet people involved in the same area, to share experiences of different cultures ( especially Frenh an British), and to know better the British companies
What do you do for your own development?
At least twice a year a training in a subject linked with personnal developpement.
I am currently supervised in my coaching activity
