More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)
I have a passion for facilitating change in individuals and groups through delivery of development initiatives. My primary purpose is to create solutions which optimise performance and accelerate growth by enabling people to leverage their own expertise through learning with/and from each other.
I offer support through Experiential Programme Design, Facilitation, Executive, Team and Peer Coaching, and Mentoring Schemes. In my consultancy I work with organisations from, amongst others, manufacturing and engineering, healthcare and financial services with senior teams as well as middle management and front line staff.
I am a firm believer in how continuous learning at all organisational levels can be a force for sustainable growth in the face of evolving markets and rapidly changing consumer needs.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
Networking; purposeful collaboration; exchange of ideas/sharing knowledge; an opportunity to bounce back ideas; critical feedback; where appropriate an opportunity to advertise non-commercial events; interesting conferences.
