Recently Began Group 2 of a Management & Leadership development programme in a private London Hospital, where Group 1 completed successfully in 2010. The ethos of collaborative learning enables group members to develop relational ways of being conducive to influencing their stakeholders. Participants reshape their leader identity in a meaningful way.
What I’d like from the AMED network is…
Contact with people who are interested in systemic organisational practice and related areas, and people who act as supervisors, and people who have a strong theoretical underpinning to how they practice and work.
What do you do for your own development?
Currently creating links within the landscape of systemic practice - with Bedfordshire University Faculty Health & Social Sciences and IFT Institute of Family Therapy
Qualified in coaching supervision with BCG
AC accredited exec coach - regularly attend seminars
Run the Wimbledon AC Co-coaching forum
Act as Mentor in UK of Co-coaching forums on behalf of AC
Anually attend the Systemic Gathering Friends of KCC summer school
