- I am the Mum of 2 adopted children. I think it is disgusting that quality of life and even life-expectancy depends on a postcode lottery at birth. I want to make the world a fairer, happier place by changing the prevailing systems of management and education. Walking in the footsteps of Deming and Ackoff.
