More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)

I currently work as a trainer, facilitator and consultant in Public and Comercial sector clients.

Recent projects include - delivering a leadership programme for senior NHS managers in the North West, board development workshops were I am facilitating sesions to develop a strategic plan, management development programme which I have designed for a local council.

I have just completed a training needs consultancy for a Housing Association where I designed the development progamme and rewrote their L&D policies and strategies. I also developed a performance management framework which has just been launched.

In previous lives I have worked as an academic, company director, musician and trouble shooter.
