More about you (Short Bio or any other details you’d like people to know)
Chris’s background, before becoming interested in personal and organisational development, was European Sales Manager for a software house and as head of the UK channel for a large international computer manufacturer. During this time he initiated and led numerous successful teams, projects and business initiatives.

He entered the world of training and development through his experience of leading and managing teams and projects in a fast moving and pressurised environment. Now, with many years of consultancy experience both in the UK and abroad, he coaches, facilitates and advises key players in a wide range of organisations.

For the past 13 years Chris has worked as a consultant, designing and delivering high quality solutions to a wide variety of organisations across Europe.

Chris has excellent influencing skills and blends his commercial experience with NLP (a practical arm of psychology) to coach and facilitate individuals and organisations to apply practical solutions to change. This is where Chris's passion lays, enabling him to inspire participants to take ownership of their learning, creating real and lasting change.

He has much practical experience of designing, leading and managing development solutions for major training, development and organisational change initiatives. He provides 1:1 coaching to individuals as a means to support them in achieving both personal and business goals.

As firm believer in forging close working partnerships with clients, Chris adopts the key principles of professionalism, integrity and determination in his approach to work.
