- I am director of gentle leadership ltd and founder of the red horse speaks. I am a coach, facilitator and equine guided educator, who works with individuals and companies worldwide, helping them grow and flourish through developing their people and their business. I am currently devising methods of measuring the impact of horses on humans for my PhD at Edinburgh Napier University. I am the author of “When the red horse spoke” published by Authorhouse in 2009.

- What do you do for your own development?
- Currently studying for a PhD but I also enjoy going on short inspirational courses and attending conferences. For my horse work, I love learning from great horse people such as Monty Roberts and Robin Gates. Mostly I love hanging out with my own herd of horses who have taught me much more than even the best of human teachers.
