Anne regularly runs public events to introduce leaders, managers and consultants to the field of positive relational change which she has been working in for over 15 years. www.aradford.co.uk.

She is a member of both the UK AI Network and the European Begeistring Organisations Network, a network of people who use AI and relational strength-based change to help create and develop very special organizations. www.networkplace.eu.

She publishes the quarterly online journal, AI (Appreciative Inquiry) Practitioner (www.aipractitioner.com). Guest editors and contributors are invited for each issue.
What I’d like from the amed network is…
Discussions around future development of positive pyschology and positive relational change.
