What kinds of management education and development services are you involved in?
Creative trainer and facilitator, specialising in using rhythm-based activities (drums and percussion) to explore individual and group issues and facilitate development. I design and deliver customised group work, training and facilitation - with and without percussion! In 2010 I trained as a HealthRHYTHMS(R) facilitator and am thrilled to be able to add this to my skills portfolio. This was an inspirational training, with a solid research base and protocol. It also validated and affirmed my existing facilitation skills and style.
