What do you do for your own development?
Spend time with some of the most inspiring people alive, and with myself, on a bike, to digest the wisdom of what they know. I also run / co-run the Hay on Earth Sustainability Seminars and the Do Lectures, which means working at the edge of knowledge. Lots of learning to be done there.
