Our Network

The Association for Management Education and Development (AMED) is a network for people in individual and organisation development.

From our diverse professional backgrounds, we are brought together by a view that organisations are living entities and people are more than resources.

We are a non-profit organisation and our purpose is to help members to develop themselves and others in ways which make a real and enduring difference.

We are concerned with:

  • ethics in business
  • sustainable development
  • workplaces fit for human beings
  • change, creativity and innovation
because we believe these are the prerequisites for success in organisations.

Our members are involved with

  • management and organisational development
  • coaching, counselling and mentoring
  • the achievement of outstanding performance
  • marketing, finance, operations and all aspects of organisational life
