The Association for Management Education and Development (AMED) is a network for people in individual and organisation development.

From our diverse professional backgrounds, we are brought together by a view that organisations are living entities and people are more than resources. We are a non-profit organisation and our purpose is to help members to develop themselves and others in ways which make a real and enduring difference.

Our aim is to help members to develop themselves, other individuals and organisations and so to make an ever growing contribution to innovation and good practice in workplaces and in society.
