Business has always been a potential force for good. Enlightened entrepreneurs see opportunities to do business and contribute to a better world. There are more business leaders doing good things than we have any idea of. That is not to say it is easy. There are dilemmas and surviving is a balancing act. Global competition and the power of financial markets make business precarious.

This workshop is about seeing and grasping the opportunities in the big issues of our time.

The Workshop: Strategic Leadership Model, which you can use to identify the global issues affecting your business and develop a new strategic vision that responds proactively to them. Plus fresh thinking about organisations and leadership in an uncertain and chaotic world. You will get a taste of processes that release creativity, energy and personal responsibility in your organisation.

Approach: On offer are some short inputs but, equally, dialogue and an opportunity for you to focus on the world, your business, your strategy and your own leadership. Be prepared to be inspired and challenged and entertained! It is propose you do much of the evening's work.

About Bruce Nixon, MA (Oxon), FCIPD: He started his own consulting business in 1987 after some thirty years HR and managerial work in private sector corporations in the UK and overseas. Bruce specialises in strategic leadership and business transformation, teamwork, mentoring and training directors, managers and consultants to be good facilitators.
