The right way to do things is not to persuade people you're right but to challenge them to think it through for themselves (Chomsky)

How are we as individuals and our organisations stepping up to the challenges posed by diversity? Do you see advantage in truly embracing the underlying principles of diversity? How do you seek to get real ownership for change? Is legislation a spur to action or an unhelpful imposition? How do organisations help their people to "walk the talk"? Unconscious prejudice is endemic. But too often, sadly, conscious prejudice also raises its ugly head.

This Masterclass seeks to challenge the notion of diversity, and increasingly inclusion, as being simply an HR issue and encourages individuals and managers in all areas of the business to move diversity up the strategic agenda.

Masterclass will be led by Bob Mason, HR Director of London Underground Limited and Tess Finch-Lees from Schneider~Ross, the internationally renowned diversity experts.
