While it’s been quiet on the local front, the national committee has been busy with this website and the Organisations & People journal (which is now e-O&P). I’m suggesting last Thursday of the month starting on 25 March with Beth Duff of The Red Horse Speaks. Some of you will remember an amazing evening where we learned from her horses about the importance of intention and energy. She’s offered to speak about the research she’s been doing since then. Perhaps this will lead to another practical session with the horses in the summer.
The rest of the programme is wide open for suggestions and offers. A number of you already volunteered some time ago, so I hope your offers stand and we can quickly agree some dates.
Meanwhile, remembering another great evening, Dr Chris Fenn is kicking off her own intriguing programme of short Nutrition Workshops: Eating for Energy, Chocolate Tasting, Food for Heart, Mind and Memory, etc. – 2 hour sessions, daytime and evening at various local venues.

I can feel the torpor slipping away already! Sorry I shan't be able to make Beth's interesting session, but I'll be with you in spirit.
Best wishes. Bob
