What can we learn about trust and trusting?

Trust and mistrust are everywhere in organisational relating.  In June 2016, we circulated an invitation (see the document that we've attached below), encouraging people who are interested in these phenomena to write about and share their perspectives.

This web-based discussion space is linked to the Winter 2016 edition of e-O&P, which emerged from this invitation, and to a planned post-publication Gathering at the University of Chichester, on Thursday 16 March 2017.  To keep the ball rolling, here is a link to a free pdf of the work that Alison Donaldson and Rob Warwick carried out on behalf of Roffey Park:  The Emergence of Trusting Relationships: Stories and Reflections.

Please feel free to share your own stories and reflections here.  We're looking forward to keeping the conversation with you going.  Best wishes.  Rob and Bob
