Permalink Reply by Belina Raffy on November 9, 2009 at 5:57 Belina, you could do an ice -breaker (hopefully checked out in advance by a Russian to avoid cultural insensitivity), but it isn't possible to do any meaningful 'teambuilding ' in 5 mins. However are they already pre-existing teams. Have just come across ex which might be adapted to lay ground work for team building -
2 mins to list conditions conducive to creativity, individuality and trust. 2 mins to list conditions which minimise trust and maximise dependency 1 min for each team member to add tick to conditions (on either list ) which exist in their own organisation. Good Luck, deb. How good is their English? (source Filley 1975)

* work related now
* in your work / education / profession in the past
* completely unrelated to work
Fast, unthreatening, and builds common ground.
