I really enjoyed the workshop and sense of community, and the power of simple exercises to connect us. If anyone wantsto follow up on Joanna Macy's work go to .

Hi Rachael

Sorry you won't be joining us after all - hope your facilitation work goes well.

Penny - unfortunately and fortunately I've got some facilitation work that day so I can't come...grateful for the work but very disappointed I can't be there. I did a graphic recording workshop a few weeks back...don't think there are too many of them in the UK so he may have run that course.

Oh, and I was at a presentation by Keith Clarke this week (engineering for a low carbon future...a Brunel Lecture) and I believe he mentioned your fabulous work : )

Hi Steve

Great! It'll be good to see you. Did you see that AMED also has a coaching network...?

Hi Penny

Sounds interesting, and fits with my schedule so looking forward to attending.

Hi Rachael

It'd be great to see you there, if you're able to come. We also have four other people who have booked on, but not RSVPd here: including a graphic facilitator, someone from WWF's learning and change team, and an independent facilitator who works a lot on health and health-related issues.

Very much looking foward to it!

Penny, this looks like a lovely event. I'm a big fan of Joanna Macy so I'd love to be there. Back and forth between London and Sheffield so I've put myself down as a maybe (though it's more of a probably!)

Did you see that Jonathon Porritt's recent blog on optimism and pessimism mentioned Joanna Macy's work? See here:
