CCO is designed for people leading change projects in either an internal or external capacity.  This programme works with issues that the participants are facing, offering insights into change theories and consulting models which help address the challenges of consulting within increasingly complex and rapidly changing environments.

Consulting and Change in Organisations is a part-time programme, comprising three 3-day modules, developed and run by practising consultants from Ashridge Consulting, specialists in organisation development with a global client base.



2008 start dates are:  27 Feb, 21 May and 24 Sep

 

The CCO programme is residential with the group meeting for dinner the night prior to each module.  A fee is £6,750 + VAT applies which is inclusive of residential costs.
