Since 2005 there have been many changes in management education and development.  AMED has changed too. Our focus is on networking and knowledge. These themes will the focus of AMED Council action as we develop activities with members support.

Whilst it is our hope that the common sense of developers, the common sense of those being developed and the common sense of organisations funding developmental activities will prevail it is also our belief that this can be effectively aided and guided by a simple set of guidelines to ethical behaviour.

Within the overall aim of promoting and encouraging management education and development, AMED explores new ideas, shares research and good practice and develops skills needed for the future, for the personal and professional benefit of people in all communities.
